Goodbye 2010

Well in few hours, we will be in a new year. I am sure there are ups & downs that happened in 2010. Well as for me, of course like others I have my resolutions for the new year.

But mine is different. I usually set my 'future' ahead of time. 10years ago, I told myself I will no matter what a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT. Through hard work and determination, syukur I AM a C.A.(M). So now I am setting for 10 years ahead of time. A CFO/CEO of MNC! ha3. Just wait and see!

2010 ada banyak kenangan yang tak mampu I lupakan.
In March, one of my director was murdered. Masa tu tuhan je tahu macam ne perasaan kami. When the autopsy confirmed it was him, everything that we hold dear, crashed in just a blink of the eyes. The whole office was in somber mood. But we still have to execute plans before 1/4/2010. I remembered we were like headless chicken running here & there, holding an EGM, passed 1001 resolutions, it was MAD. At times, one of will just break down, and we understand each other by just being there for each other. It was a brutal act! I hope the killer will not be able to live in peace!

My brother got married. Bought a very expensive Baju kurungs for my brother's occasion!

The first time I went snorkeling with Man, Fendy n Z.

I joined a biz with Man.

Had ups and downs emotion towards him! ha3

Frustrated with so called friends and now I am keeping my distance away from these friends.

My best friends partner was stabbed & died and my best friend was injured badly!

OK that's all I can remember!

Good bye those pains and bad memories!

I am SOBER?

Saya ingin memberitahu seluruh semesta yang saya sudah lama tidak shopping baju/kasut/seluar! Tapi Kasut sukan & stocking tu tak kira eh, tu sbb terpaksa beli sbb kasut lama dah tak leh pakai. Kali terakhir saya shopping adalah ketika hendak pergi ke Tioman bulan Julai (baru ingat tak update pasal Holiday tu) Tu je. Beli topi mengkuang yang jadi 'kutukan' ramai. 

Saya dah lama tak shopping sebab, eh baru terinagt masa raya pun ada shoppinglah, 2 pasanag baju raya yang SANGAT mahal. RM600 ok!Tu sbb adik saya punya wedding tu pasal kena beli baju MAHAL sikit.

Saya berjaya menahan nafsu serakah untuk menghabiskan $$$ pada setiap kali ada MEGA SALES! Jimat! Oh bauru teringat lagi saya ada shopping set cadar yang baru sebab saya dapat katil besar (Super Single ke Queen) jadi saya TERpaksa membeli cadar yang saya suka termasuk dengan comforter. Setakat ini saya baru ada 1 set comforter, 1 cadar, 2 mattress protectors, 4 pillow protectors.

Banyak betul celahan. Bila buat pengakuan yang kita ni dah tak menghabiskan duit untuk menjana ekonomi negara, rupanya ada juga TERbeli itu ini.

Ha, ni pun teringat gak, I ada shopping story BOOKS! Banyak giler, tapi semua dah habis baca! Macam ne ni? I rasa buku2 lama tu kalau jual pasti I dapat return, tapi tak pelah. Biarkan je buku2 tu di makan zaman! Best gak baca buku2 lama. Kekadang tu I rasa macam, Eh aku tak pernah pun baca buku. So I started all over again baca buku yang sudah dibaca.

Oh ada gak baru2 ni I beli Car Sterilizer....
Ada lagi tak? Oh kasut jangan citer lah. Masa tu tengah sale, 2 for RM100! Beli lah! Takkan nak tengok je. Great bargain! (Kasut tu dah tak leh pakai sebab I lenjan giler2)

Tak lupa sehelai dua baju kerja & seluar kerja. Tempah baju kurung sebab dapat kain. OK itu je!

Yup! Even I am a way too stingy, it wont stop me from shopping! BUT I MANAGED TO CONTROL the URGE! 
Sepanjang Y.E.S. ni, memang tak de beli apa2. TAK HERAN siut! Tengok je, jadi I berjaya menahan diri dari membeli, terbeli dan sebagainya. Usik pun tak ok! Cepatlah sale habis eh. Sebab jantung ni berdebar semacam, tangan dah gatal nak memberli barang baru! Sabar ok! I tunggu tahun depan je. Sebab masa tu memang I punya yearly Shopping SPREE!!!!

Boxing Day

Uols ni I nak cite ni pasal Boxing Day. Uols mesti pernah dengar kan kehebatan Boxing Day ni kan.

Sesiapa yang ada kat negara2 yang dinyatakan pasti tertunggu2 Boxing Day. Ada tu sanggup redah thick snow untuk hari istemwa ini. Sebab masa ni, SALE giler2 bagaikan there's no more sale macam ni. I tak pernah LAGI experience jadi giler masa Boxing Day, sebab selalunya masa Boxing Day ni even masa cuti on 25th Dec, I tak pernah kemana2 kecuali Singapore. (Pernah shopping kat Singpore separuh giler eh sbb murah!) Back to reality

Ni nak cerita kawan I yang dok kat Portsmouth. Status dia pada 25 Dec...

Countdown ok! Hebat kan.... Dengar cite Sale 70%! Mau aku jadi giler kalo ada kat sana!

Diskaun 75 peratus kerana cuaca sejuk

SUASANA lengang di luar gedung beli-belah Harrods di Knightsbridge, London kelmarin yang pada kebiasaannya sibuk dengan orang ramai.

Pasal Biz

 Tu dia. Sejak ber'bisnes' ni, nak maintain 2 blogs/emails, kekadang tu lupa blog sendiri tak terupdate (selain disebabkan kesibukan yang teramat sangat). Hari ni I nak celah bedah masukkan entry pasal biz yang I jalankan.  Sambil2 tu marilah kita menjenguk ke blog biz I dan kolaborasi (cet) dengan Budak Gigi Besi.

I nak cerita sikit macam ne boleh TERJUN dalam bidang perniagaan ni. Baiklah secara jujurnya, I ni pernah menghadiri banyak EVENT mengenai MLM (bukan malam tapi multi level marketing). Dari lepas SPM, masa zaman diploma dan sampailah sekarang. Name it, semua I dah pernah dengar. Sebab gara2 sedaramara/kawan2 yang rekomen, nak jaga hati I pergilah. Tak salah dengar KEJAYAAN orang lain. Kita janganlah jadi sombong tak bertempat sebabkan ORANG LAIN berjaya dengan hanya memasuki MLM. 

Sampai lah satu tahap di mana Kin introduce I baca blog adik-beradik Pink Stilettos, The Queen Bee & Shazwani Hamid. Since then, I masih ingat masa tengah buat part time, everyday I, Kin & Man akan bercerita tentang 3 beradik ni. (Try reading it, korang pasti tahu napa) Kami suka betul tengok diorg. Dan tahun lepas, I begitu OBSESSED dengan The Queen Bee. So I became her silent reader. Rupanya dia join biz ni. I tengok dia membina kejayaan & kekayaan melalui biz ni. Sebenarnya pada masa tu I begitu teruja setiap kali dia TER-SHOPPING! Giler gempak! Suka sangat tengok. Duit tu macam air yang mengalir. Pelik gak kan sebab dia tu housewife je. Tapi masa tu I tak baca pasal biz yang dia buat. My main concern is more about the shopping! ha3. 

Entah macam mana lah. I rasa tak puas hati, tengok dia shopping aku yang leh jadi gila! So I read (dari mula eh) about the biz she was doing. Masa tu I terkejut because it was MLM. I tak caya sebenarnya sebab dia tu anak orang kaya, ada engineering qualification tapi dia buat biz ni. Dari first entry sampai lah entry dia yang mengenai trip dia pergi Swiss, terdetik hati nak tahu apa mendalah biz ni sampai begitu HEBAT kejayaan The Queen Bee. I godek2 blog The Queen Bee, carilah link2 biz partners dia. So I click dekat MAI. Blog dia ni kureng pasal shopping (adalah tapi tak serancak The Queen Bee) jadi tak lah gelisah sangat I nak baca blog Mai ni. Blog Mai ni TENANG je (macam pepatah jangan sangkakan air yang tenang tiada buaya) cenggitulah. Buaya tu ibaratkan massive shopping! Jadi I baca blog Mai dengan tenang dan diselitkan dengan shopping spree Mai, I tertarik dengan satu entry yang bakal merubah segalanya. 

I called up Mai masa seminggu sebelum raya. Kami set appointment tapi beberapa kali terpaksa tunda sebab I lah punca! Kesibukan teramat sangat (yelah masa tu adik nak kahwin kan) Even lepas raya pun tak terjumpa2 lagi Mai, sampai lah minggu ke-3 Syawal, I decided to meet her up. Kebetulan Mai baru je bersalin seminggu, jadi biz partner Mai-Yatie came and meet me up. Masa tu I oklah gembira dapat jumpa Yatie sebab nak tahu rahsia kejayaan diorg ni semua. Tanpa di duga, Yatie cakap The Queen Bee akan bagi presentation! I was stunned! Tak ku sangka blogger yang selalu I ikuti, akan berada di depan mata. Masa The Queen Bee datang, I kelu seribu bahasa, Dari bercakap macam mulut murai dengan Yatie, tiber jadi kaku! I jadi segan tak tentu pasal. Want to know why? Yelah she is sort of my idol, I admired her (tak kisah lah dia kerja apa pun) but she proved that kejayaan tak akan datang bergolek tanpa USAHA. Lagi satu sebab dia dari background 'senang' tapi buat gak biz ni yang kebanyakkannya dimonopoli oleh middle income group. 

Selepas presentation, I terus call Budak Gigi Besi. I said I met HER! Man terkejut. Dia tak sangka dalam senyap I nak tahu pasal biz ni. Jadi I & Man decided to meet up. Alkisah Man pun ada join sebelum ni as a member, tapi tak buat apa2. When I showed him the biz plan, he made comparison with the one presented by his friend. So we went silent for a week or two, and during that time, I became restless. I can't sleep at night because I kept DREAMING that I was THE QUEEN BEE. I asked around for opinion. I asked my cousin Oja, whom she herself also already met The Queen Bee. We discussed and discussed and discussed. I even talked to my auntie. All opinion is mattered. I discussed with si dia. I reasoned out with mother. And finally, I get to meet Mai while she was still in her confinement. And The Queen Bee was there TOO! (Again stunned) 

At the end of Nov, both of us, Budak Gigi Besi & I joined!

How to COOK Nachos

Uols, ramai betul orang dok tanya I macam ne nak buat Nachos! Uols, senang ok! Memang I pun suka buat kalo ada bahan. Kalau nak fefeling diva, ada RM30 pergi je kat Chili's! Order satu Classic Nachos ko makan lah sampai lebam! ha3. Ekceli kalau uols buat je pun senang! 

I tulis entry ni, I dah mengeliur ok! Semua salah uols! YOU!!!! Jom g Chili's! 

Mula2 I tunjuk macam ne rupa Nachos kat kedai and nachos resipi main campak2 je.

Free style Cheese Nachos

Classic Nachos with Chicken and guacamole dip (the green thing) at Chili's

Bahan2 untuk Cheese Nachos:
1. TORTILLA CHIPS aka corn tortilla
2. CHEESE

Tortillas

Ada banyak brand. Tak kisah lah kak oi nak pilih brand apa. Asalkan TORTILLAS CHIPs. 

N lah rupa tortillas. Keropok tiga segi.

Ni instant punya!

Banyak perisa kan? Pilih je yang multi grain punya. Tapi terpulang. Ikut citarasa ok! Nak pilih cheese pun ok! I tak gerenti sama ada uols akan muntah ke tak nanti. Yelah Cheese + cheese. Mungkin lagi sedap kot! (tak cuba lagi)

Cheese

Ni ingredient MAHAL! Uols beli je yang dah siap grated punya. Tak yah beli sebuku cheese. FYI, 200gm cheese ada pelbagai harga sebab ikut brand. Ala uols. Cheese je kan. I tgk yang paling murah pun RM10 for 200gm! Tapi uols, bukan sebarang cheese nak buat Nachos ni. Uols kena pilih Cheddar cheese. Ada Montery Jack pun ok (optional)! (mix lah 2 cheeses ni) Tapi uols, Montery Jack ni SANGAT mahal! Jadi Cheddar pun mencukupi! Kalo ada cheese untuk pizza pun boleh je pakai. U know mix kan lah. The more you tabur, the SEDAP! 

OK I dah cerita bahan2 penting. Bahan2 sampingan tu, kalo tak leh taruk, tak de pun tak pe. Either uols pilih FREE STYLE or macam kat Chili's punya, sama je bahan. Kalo FREE STYLE tu main tabur je semua bahan diselang selikan dgn cheese. Kalo tak de ayam/daging (kena masak dulu tau!) korang leh pakai pepperoni. I suka tabur cheese dan selang selikan dengan capsicum+ tomato (dadu)+ayam/daging/pepperoni+CHEESE (lots of it!) 

Macam ne lak nak masak lak ni. Hei panjang tol resipi ni. Padahal simple je nak buat. Tutup mata pun leh buat!

I advise korang pakai aluminum foil buat macam bentuk segi empat ke bulat ke. Suka hatilah. Sebab apa tau, I tak sarankan uols masak dalam tray sbb NANTI KORANG KENA CUCI & SENTAL CHEESE YANG MELEKAT KAT TRAY! Kalo pakai foil tu senang je. Lepas makan, BUANG!!!!! ha3. 

Taburkan tortillas dalam foil. Masa ni uols panaskan lah oven tu. Suka hati suhu nak berapa. Api atas bawah tau! (Yelah takkan nak masak sebelah atas je!) 

Dah tabur tortillas tu (tak kira lah uols nak tabur macam tabur bunga ke apa ke lah kan), korang tabur lak bahan2 sampingan tu seperti camsicum+tomato+ayam,/daging/pepperoni+CHEESE (LOTS OF IT). Kalo uols rasa macam layer tu sikit sangat tambah je second layer tortillas dan ulang semula tabur menabur tu. (Jangan tebal sangat tau)

Dah siap, uols masukkan dalam oven. Ada oven dalam 5 min dah cair cheese nya. Ada oven perlukan 10 min untuk cheese tu cair. Jadi koranglah tentukan ye. Oven I dengan oven uols tak sama. Tak kan nak kena beli oven sama kot! ha3. Agak2 korang tengok cheese tu dah cair, kuar kan lah. Kalo pakai foil ni senang. Tak berapa panas pun...

Dah masak, apa lagi SEMPEDEK lah! Masa panas2 tu uols makan. Janganlah pulak tunggu dah sejuk. Tak best! Tapi janganlah sampai melecur lidah uols ko hagak2 lah eh. Ada setengah orang suka ada dippings. Untuk Nachos, dipping paling senang adalah Sour Cream. Yang ni uols leh beli je kat kedai. Tobassco pun SODAP! Uols sprinkle some Tobassco then colek dengan sour cream. YUMMY!!!!! 

Yang warna hijau-guacamole tu adalah avocado. Yang tu pun senang nak buat. Resipinya ada kat bekas sour cream! ha3. Kalo tak de pun tak pe. Then lagi satu jalapeno tu macam cili yang korang tengok Nachos Chili's tu, yang tu memang susah sikit nak cari kat mana2. I pakai cili jeruk yang kita makan keuh teow tu. OK gak! (bakar sekali masa panggang nachos)  Sedap. 

Cubalah. Berbaloi uols! I lebih suka yang FREE STYLE nye! Kalo nak buat satu2 macam Chili's punya baik I makan kat sana je! ha3

My cousin told me my pic was posted in her blog. ha3. Bangga ok. She is my upline's upline. Dia memang idola lah. Untung masuk group dia. Group member kami semua muda2 and she achieved the highest rank in biz in lest than 2 years! She motivate us to be like her! Yes babeh! Last Saturday I attended Hai O's 18th Anniversary at Stadium Tertutup Shah Alam. Ramai giler orang even biz partners dari Indonesia pun datang. The even was delayed because the menteri (ayah Daffi) lambat sampai! OK! Aku dah penat dok dalam dewan tu lama2. Mula2 plan nak stay for lucky draw, tapi malas lah. Enjoy the pics.

Just to show you the fact of life what is happening out there. SO the comparison does makes me realize something....

--> at some places people FIGHT for food. 

--> some people are sick/died because of no food or did not get enough nutritions

 but....

I GOT SICK BECAUSE I OVER EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup! I over eat and my cute tummy was unable to process/digest the food I consumed NON STOP since morning until the time I go to sleep!

To show that my tummy was upset with the excessive feeding, I wasn't feeling well and my tummy was making this weird sound like a break down machine! krokkrokrok....

I've been in and out the toilet (diarrhea) countless of time and got dehydrated by the time I went to the clinic. 

The doctor gave me lots of medicine to be taken before meal, and was advise to 'SLOW DOWN' from eating! ha3

I've learned my lesson!
