Do you still remember him? I used to listen to his show every morning when I was in secondary school. He was paired with Fly Guy. Those duo were the funniest man (for me) at that time. I remembered, hew was on air one day, and the next day it was somebody else. I thought he was on MC or something, but then I found out, there was some sort of misunderstanding and he was no longer with the radio station. Since then, my mood was down, because not everybody can be as hilarious as those 2!
Wow, his salary was more than my director's salary!

I can't decide which plan to choose because I haven't won the iPhone yet, so I am not sure which plan is suitable to my needs. But DiGi is very understanding with people like me, the plan can be upgraded anytime later on once I make up my mind.

How to write if I've never use an iPhone before? ha3. Ok, I think I am going to use my imagination. I've won the iPhone (hope so) and and being so 'gayat' of course I will 'play' with the iPhone every spare time I have. 

"What's all these icons?", I asked my inner self. "That's the apps. lah", my inner self answered. "Oh, ok", I answered but still a bit blur. 

I browsed for more information here. "Oooo, this phone has all kind of function. Let me see what I like most", I said to myself. "Apps for Cooks looks cool, but I prefer Apps for Music more! ha3". "Hei, Apps for Cooks is better!", my inner self argued. "What? Can't you remember the last time I cooked? It was a disaster!", myself claimed. "But you should give it a try! I know you love to sing, you know all single songs, but this apps has Jamie Oliver!", my inner self proclaimed. "What? But I can just watch him on tv!", myself said. "Hello! Just choose one apps. for this entry! Stop arguing with me! Later on, when we won this iPhone, I don't care if you prefer apps for working out, for all I care since you are allergic to exercise!", my inner self making a statement.

So I am choosing the apps. for cooks not because my inner self, but  because I think this apps. is useful to me. Even though I have a bad sense when cooking/baking (I have proof), I want to impress my future husband by showing off my  excellent cooking/baking skills. You know, to win a guy's heart is through his stomach! (I know he thinks that I will not be able to cook for him) ha3.

DiGi iPhone 4 Me

 Hi DiGi,

All my life, I never buy my own hp. If it would come from my own pocket, it will be a very cheap ones. It's not that I am stingy, but I prefer to spend my money on clothes and shoes rather than buying an EXPENSIVE hp. Most of my hp is a hand-me-down ones. Sad but true. The latest one was given by my uncle. Well, this is the first time I am using a hand-me-down-very-state-of-the-art-hp. He3 I am a proud owner of it. Everyone I know has a new phones, it's either that one or this one and some has both! 

I used to day dream that I own an EXPENSIVE hot hp such as the iPhone. I wish that somebody is so kind enough to give it to me. ha3 That is why I am trying out my luck to enter this contest. 

Now, I am dreaming that if I win this iPhone..... oopppsss, have to stop dreaming, got to go back to work.

Hari Raya Journal

As mentioned earlier, this Raya is the busiest Raya for me and my family reason being my brother got married on the 3rd day of Raya. And the reception on our side was held on the 9th day of Raya. Since it is the first time my parents held a BIG function such as a WEDDING, all of us was quite tight up with house chores since few months before Ramadan.

After Friday prayers, we made our journey to Jerteh, Terengganu via Kuala Lipis, Pahang-->Gua Musang-->;Kuala Krai-->;Machang-->;Bandar Jerteh. We reached our rest house at approximately 11pm (blame it to my brother who led the way and got lost few times). I am not going to comment on the rest house conditions but as long as the toilet is NICE, I am ok with it!

 2nd Syawal

Can you imagine the road leading to Kota Bharu was congested on Raya day! (Jerteh is about 60km to KB) My mom was planning to go to KB, but since the traffic was so bad (worst than KL due to traffic lights) we canceled the plan and decided to just lazing around watching whatever on tv. Our meal the whole day was lauk raya but knowing me I have to have rice, I insisted to find RICE, no matter what. Sad to say all the shops, restaurants, mamak, warung all closed! Thank god there was a KFC nearby. I was hoping they still have that Chicken Rice or whatever they call it. I just need rice! ha3

For dinner, we waited for my Mak Busu to arrive since she cooked some lauk at her in-law house. Most of us slept early that night because the solemnization was to be held at 8.30am! Since there were more than 30 of us, of course getting ready especially bath time is time consuming! ha3

Day 3

I woke up as early as 5.30pm, took my bath and got ready by 7am. Went to 7E nearby to buy some hot tea and buns. (I am the type once I wake up, I have to take my breakfast). Waited for the BIG group to get ready. ha3 very the kecoh! Eventhough the Masjid is just nearby (5 min journey) but we reached there bbefore 8am, waited for the Tok Kadi, the bride and family. while waiting, all of us photo gediks lah!

The bride & Tok Kadi arrived before 8.30am Ok to tell you the truth the Tok Kadi kecek kelate, I tak faham satu patah pung! ha3 (mix of Kelatan & Terengganu slang). The whole process took about 15 mins.

Salam to YOU! Yes I know it's been more than 1 week but I have a very good reason for it! First because it is RAYA and second because we (my family &I) were busy preparing for my brother's reception!

But wait... It's still not to late to wish YOU, Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Maaf Zahir & Batin. How was your Raya? As for me, this year Raya was different from previous years Raya or since my grandfather's died few years back. Since then, our Raya is more on going holidays. Jalan2 rumah sedara mara di seluruh daerah Melaka & Johor lepas tu tidur hotel tepi laut! Best kan? Kalau bawa passport memang sah2 masuk Singapore!

Dah nak raya lah! Macam tak caya je. Tapi I masih berkerja sehingga ke saat2 akhir! ha3 saja je. Malas nak duduk rumah. Pening ok! Walaupun ada banyak benda boleh buat, tapi I malas! ha3. Banyak betul benda yang berlaku semenjak Jumaat lepas. Ni nak story ni....(panjang tau)

1. Jumaat 3/9/2010

Sebabkan teruja nak makan buffet dekat San Francisco Steakhouse (RM58nett), Atie & I booking buat kali ke-2 tapi kali ni kena pergi Subang sebab dekat Tropicana dah penuh. I tersampai lambat sebab tak sangka trafik jem teruk! Sesampai je kat sana, perasaan excited kami nak makan steak punah sebab makanannya semua not well cooked. And their service is very the very. Tak de sorang waiter pun offer nak cooked the meat! I memang bengang tahap gaban. but the dessert corner memang best! Kebetulan terjumpa Puan Ros (lecturer PLK) kat sana dengan family dia. Sibuk tanya dah kawin ke? ha3... Sebabkan sentap dgn quality kat SFSH, ni je gambar kami..

2. Sabtu 4/9/2010

Hari shopping! Paksa bonda yang dok mengemas dari berbulan2 lepas (dah tentulah takkan selesai). Raya tahun ni, adik lelaki pertama akan bernikah. Jadi kesibukan tu bergandalah. Raya pertama lepas sembhayang jumaat kami akan bergerak beramai2 ke Terengganu! 12 jam perjalana sudah tentu menguji keimanan semua orang! S.E.N.T.A.P (apa kes?) Memandangkan ada OCCASION, kenalah beli baju sedondon. Jadi selesaikan yang lelaki2 punya. Seperti biasa ke Jalan Masjid India, Wisma Yakin dekat Y.S. Taylor (kawan ayah) Kedai ni dari kecil sampai ke tua memang kat sini lah kami beli baju melayu. Oh pagi raya nanti semua orang pakai baju lama je. Masih elok lagi sebab lepas tu kami semua akan tukar ke baju biasa. (tak kose ok nak pakai baju raya selama 12 jam!)

Malam tu, I macam boring je, so I ajak si dia pergi MV. Nak shopping! Orang lain shopping baju, I shopping cadar je! ha3

I shopping pakai voucher ni je. Beli ntah apa2 lagi, makeup brush lah, underwear yang RM10 tulah, airwick refill! kelakar!
Supper kat McD makan GCB. I kesian tengok staf2 McD tu, letih je muka diorang, then amik order pun macam nak tak nak. Si dia kate GCB tak sodap!

3. Ahad 5/9/2010
I gelar hari 'Amazing Race' sesangat. Sebab lepas subuh kami bertolak ke Maluri ambil nenda nak balik kampung-->BELI DAGING! Nenda kata kat KL daging sekilo RM22 kat kampung hanya RM18! Baiklah nenda, 'your wish is my command' ha3. Banyak jugalah kan beli daging dan sewaktu dengan nya (tulang beb!).

 I suka ikut nenda pergi pasar. Sebab nenda akan tunjuk ajar barang2 mentah dekat I. For the first time I tengok udang geragau (yang buat belacan tu)

Lepas 'shopping' kami melawat kubur atuk di Lendu, dan menziarahi keluarga belah arwah atuk yang daif. Menurut nenda, semasa arwah masih hidup, arwah akan membayar zakat kepada keluarga ni. Semalam memang kali pertama I pergi ke rumah tersebut. Apa yang I boleh cakap, I bersyukur dengan apa yang I ada. Walaupun ayah sakit, tapi...alhamdullilah je lah yang boleh I katakan. Singgah rumah kejap sebab nenda nak salai daging yang ibu beli dan masak sup tulang nak bayar balik KL! Nasib baik bawa kereta bonda, macam2 nenda bawa balik, periuk belanga, buah rambutan, mangga, dapur gas....ha3

Sampai KL, nenda goreng cucur udang pakai udang geragau tu sebab cucu dia yang sorang ni kempunan. Apa lagi kami (ibu, nenda, I) balun sup tulang! Memang lazat! Nenda masak lomak kuning daging salai taruk belimbing... Fuhh!

Emergency leave sebab terlampau penat! 1pm pergi S.Alam jumpa best friend nak pergi butik beli baju. Almaklumlah kakak pengantin pun nak kena glamour kan (kemungkinan besar I akan overshadow pengantin nanti) Nantilah I tunjuk ye. Tak surprise lah kalo upload sekarang. MAHAL OK! Lepas tu petang berkejar ke One Utama buka puasa dengan keluarga dekat Chilis! I like! Kelakar betul but all of us really enjoyed our food!

Buka Puasa Lagi

Rahman was reading silently at this blog yesterday. Clicklah nak tahu entry apa! Sebabkan teruja, dia war2kan kat kami (Fendy, Z n me) semua. Kami ni kan pantang diajak. I bukan Z selaku PM kali ni! ha3 Kitorg pergi kat Jalan Raja Abdullah, eh Doraisamay lah , Z fok sebut2. Dekat dengan Hetiage Row belakang SME Bank. Kalau sesiapa tak nampak kedai tu, memang sah buta warna. Kuning menyala ok! Kami amik set meal for 4 for RM75! Dapatlah 2 10" pizzas (NY Classic n Hawaiian), choice of pasta, 4 chicken wings and a bottle of coke.

Memang terliurlah kan!
