Innocent Statement

Kids nowadays are getting smarter. At the tender age, they know how to use the i-pad compared to me! They even have hand phones to brag about. Well, I don't have a child to ponder yet, but from my observations, they are spoil by so many things that they don't even know how to survive without a hand phone/i-pad/ps3/x-box. As far as I can remember, at that tender age of growing up, I am this 'virgin' thinking until I went to private school. I was so naive, that I don't know that sh*t can be used when you make a mistake! My vocabulary at that time only for education purpose and daily conversation was not polluted by vulgar words or any bombastic terms/phrases. One thing about me, I have difficulties to combine education and life. What is being taught is not adaptable to life. ha3. Funny right.

My younger siblings (born after the 80s) are much different from the elder ones. They are much more carefree than my time. They can watch tv during school days, no restriction on their bedtime, no need to have reasons on why they refused to got to school/extra classes/activities, have McD for lunch/dinner, etc. Compared to my time, I was being pressured to study hard, get good grades, no tv, eat healthy food, and the list goes on! But in contrary, my siblings are smart eventhough I rarely see them studying or even do homeworks!

So yesterday, 2 surprised incidents happened which looking back at my time, I don't even dare to even think about it.



Hari tu Ibu intai baby (adik lelaki bongsu) pergi padang. Dari jauh Ibu nampak dia tengah berborak on the phone. Dekat rumah Ibu tanya dia, cakap dengan siapa. Dia jawab, kawan. My kepoh sister tambah, girlfriend. Ibu ajuk cakap sister, ooo girlfriend.....siapa? Dia jawab muka tak bersalah-->ORANG! Kelakar tak? Tak? ok tak pe. Ok seriously he is only 14 years old and has a girlfriend! Cepat sungguh diorg ni membesar. At that age, aku sibuk belajar untuk dapat no. 1 setiap kali peperiksaan, sibuk nak represent sekolah itu ini, sibuk berkempen untuk jadi ketua dan macam2 lagi. ha3 Jadi mana ada masa nak 'cinta monyet' ha3

Semalam juga, Ibu tegur Nadiah masa tengah tengok tv. 

Pergi study. 

Korang tahu apa dia leh jawab...........

Me: ha apa?! (I was stunned by her statement)  Baru UPSR dah stress. Belum PMR dan SPM dan university lagi. 

Ibu: lol. Dia belajar kat kem motivasi. 

Ok. tulah budak sekarang. Lebih advance dari zaman aku dulu. STRESS aku tengok diorg ni! ha3
