From the desk of Cik Naimatul...

Maaflah sangat lama tak ber-blogging. Kesibukan sangat ni. Sebab nak cuti lama. Kebetulan ada banyak pula datelines that need my attention. Cerita work trip to Singapore dah selesai, tapi pasal holiday pergi Tioman tak buat2 lagi... Nantilah esah oooiit. Akak banyak benda nak tulis tapi masa tak mengizinkan.

Tapi ni I nak update pasal Iftar bersama rakan2. Banyak cerita disebalik setiap iftar bersama meraka. Ala gurau2 je pun ada nak sentap. Akak pun tak faham ok! Tak leh gurau pergi dok HUTAN. hu3

1. Iftar @ Delicious Bangsar on 26/8/2010 bersama kawan2 dari GOON (sebahagian jelah)

Sebenarnya, Ferd (selaku ketua GOON) ada organise buka puasa kat Bukit Kiara masa I pergi Singapore hari tu. Iftar kali ni for those yang tak dapat join Iftar pertama organised by Intan.

Oh, tak nak cakap apa2 lah pasal kedai ni. Nanti ada orang tarik muka .

3. Iftar with Atie & Faye on 31/8/2010 @ SFSH & ViVO, TCM

Ni gara2 postponed Iftar sepatutnya Sabtu lepas. Excited nak pergi SFST sebab ada buffet only RM58net! Tapi masa I sampai2 I tak nampak pun meja buffet. I waited for Faye & Atie (LATE) Rupanya the buffet is held on Thurs-Sat! Siut! kami order starter je. Atie belanja sebab orang gomen dapat BONUS RM500. Sentap gak sebab dah dok terkenang buffet kambing golek, pastas, etc!

SENTAP! Warm water pun kitorg share tau, sampai nak kena panggil waiter tu minta air. Order air pun tak sampai, tapi charge kitorg! (mengeluh) OK lepas tu kami pergi cari makan! Jumpa ViVo terus pergi sana...

Work-a-holic Part 2

Continuation....Dah penat jalan2 kat Suntec (kebetulan ada sale giler), met my auntie at her office. Malam lepas iftar, my aunties and uncle and my cousins bawa I pergi jalan2 kat Geylang Serai, macam ala2 Jalan Tar lah. According to my uncle, Geylang Serai sekarang dah commercial. Dulu tak banyak macam ni. I was so surprised! Memang panjang giler Geylang Serai ni. Siap ada macam2, one side untuk baju, one side langsir, one side kuih muih, siap ada jual motor and kereta malah ada juga jual perabot, ubah suai rumah etc! giler gempak!

Balik hotel around 3am, I terus sahur. Ngantuk giler! Sedar2 dah pagi......I check out at 12pm, left my luggage at the concierge (flight was at 4pm) so I went to the nearest shopping mall, ViVo City. It is located near Sentosa Island. Boleh lah nampak the cable cars and the island. Vivo ni dua tingkat je, tapi panjang.

Dah penat jalan, I decided to go to the Budget Terminal earlier. I reached there around 3pm.

Reached SkyPark around 6pm. Terus balik rumah.

p/s: pening betul kepala pakai Zemanta ni. Asal sikit sangat boleh tulis.....

Work-a-holic

I love my job so much because now and then I get to travel to Singapore by plane and stay in any hotel that I like.

Tapi ni nak cerita sikit masa departure. My colleague suggest I nak FireFly(FF) sebab kena reach  Singapore by 11am. Kebetulan dekat je terminal FF kat SkyPark Subang. I pun ok jelah.. Tiket pun blh tahan. Tak murah! Tp bila I sampai, I macam pelik (lepas check in semua bagailah) napa tak nampak kapal terbang tu kat hanger. Tiber ada announcement. DELAYED! Sentap ok! I berada kat sana dari 8pagi tunggu flight pukul 9pagi, last2 delayed ke 12t.hari!!! Bosan giler duduk kat SkyPark Subang tu.

Amara Hotel, Singapore

OTW to Office

Touch down je, Singapore tengah hujan. Sampai Singapore around 2pm, terus check in, freshen up, then waited for my contractor to fetch me at the hotel. Inspecting the work done, meeting with the designer. Everything was very rushing! After that I went to Suntec City to meet up with my Co.Sec. And everything was done within 3 hrs! Lepas tu I jalan2 kat Suntec. Sorry no pix!

Iftar

Sedar tak sedar, dh nak genap 2 minggu umat Islam berpuasa. Tahun ni berpuasa banyak juga cabaran dengan cuaca tak menentu nya, dengan business trip nya, dengan emosi yang terganggunya dan macam2 lagilah....

Dalam masa 2 minggu berpuasa ni juga, baru 3 kali I berbuka puasa dengan kawan2.

Dengan Zarina, Arash, Fendy dan 2 orang kawan Zarina. Kami berbuka dekat Anuar Tomyam di Kampung Baru. No pics was taken except for the food. Ntah napa lak tak berphotogediks! Anuar Tomyam ni dah menjadi tempat singgahan sahabat kami yang berada di Dubai. Masa dia kat sini pun kalo nak makan, pastilah ke sini. Oh must order food is the Kerabu mangga! Kegemaran sahabat kami ni. Siap tag lagi dalam FB kasi dia mengeliur! ha3

KAMI (si dia & I) pergi shopping. si dia beli hp baru. I jeles sikit je... ha3 lepas beli hp, kami pergi Sunway, buka puasa dan shopping raya untuk si dia. Tak ambil gambar lah pula sebab penat bershopping! Mungkin sebab bukan untuk I, tu yang penat tu sampai nak tercabut pinggang!

Event

In July, I received 2 invitations:

1. Pacnet Movie Day: SALT
2. HSBC Product Launching & Customer Appreciation Night 2010 (followed by exclusive Broadway, The Mamak Mee-Ah! The Musical Spoof)

Initially I agreed to go to the premier, but my boss couldn't make it to the HSBC Paroduct Launching, so he asked me to go. Well, I agreed without realizing that it was on the same day!
Well after much persuation from my colleagues, I agreed to attend the HSBC Product Launching because I've never watched a local Broadway before! It was held at the Actors Studio@Lot10. The event started at 7pm. We were served drinks & food. Oh I don't like cocktail event! I mean, I can't have the whole try for myself right? ha3. (to show how hungry I was on that time)
Ok..so after we (my colleagues & I) stuffed ourselves with the 'mini' foods on sticks and drinks we were ushered into the theater for the welcome speech, product launching, etc....

Exactly after that ( I think around 8.15pm) it was time for the Broadway! Oh was I so excited. The stage is soooo cute! (as usual no cameras are allowed!)

I'm not good at giving va-voomm review, but personally, it was HILARIOUS!

.....The team will be borrowing well-known numbers from Western musicals such as Oliver, West Side Story, Les Miserables and of course, Mamma Mia, and spoofing the lyrics to give it a Malaysian flavour.....

Memang kelakar. I gelak sampai nak pecah perut ok! Tak rugilah menonton!

Jom ramai2 tengok local theater!
